These Terms of Use govern your use of Faturalar (the “App”), an iOS app by Gaggo Studio that connects to your mailbox to find and categorize purchase documents such as invoices, e-archive records, receipts, bank slips and warranty certificates. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing or using Faturalar, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Faturalar on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business record-keeping. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the App.
3. Your Mail Account
Faturalar works only with mail accounts you connect yourself and are authorized to access. You confirm that you are the account holder or have permission from the account holder to connect it.
The App requests read-only access to your mail. It does not send, delete or modify messages. You may disconnect an account inside the App at any time and revoke access from your Google, Microsoft or Yandex account settings. For iCloud and other IMAP mailboxes you create an app-specific password at your own provider, and revoking it there ends the App’s access.
Your mail provider’s own terms continue to apply to your account. We are not responsible for provider outages, API changes, rate limits or account suspensions that prevent the App from reaching your mailbox.
If you connect a Google account, the App’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Document Detection Is Not Guaranteed
Faturalar detects documents automatically and may miss documents, misread values such as amounts, dates or seller names, or classify a document under the wrong category. Detected values are provided for convenience and are not a substitute for the original document.
Faturalar is not an accounting, tax, invoicing or legal service and does not provide financial, tax or legal advice. It does not issue, submit or validate official documents, and it is not connected to any tax authority or e-invoice system. For accounting, tax filing, official record-keeping or legal matters, rely on the original documents and consult a qualified professional.
5. Your Responsibility for Records
Faturalar stores detected documents on your device. You remain responsible for keeping your own copies of documents you need for legal, tax, warranty or accounting purposes. Deleting the App, resetting your device, losing your device or disconnecting an account may remove locally stored data. We are not responsible for lost documents or records.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not connect a mailbox you are not authorized to access.
- Do not use the App to violate any law or third-party right.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or circumvent the App, its security or any connected service.
- Do not use the App to process content you have no right to process.
7. Subscriptions and Purchases
Faturalar may offer premium features through an auto-renewing subscription sold via the App Store. Pricing and the billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly. Premium features may change over time as the App evolves.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, its name, design, interface and underlying software belong to Gaggo Studio. Your documents and mail content remain yours; we claim no ownership over them.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, change or discontinue features of the App, including support for a specific mail provider, at any time. We may also release updates required to keep the App compatible with iOS or with provider APIs.
10. Termination
You may stop using Faturalar at any time by disconnecting your accounts and deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required for security or legal reasons.
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of detected data, or uninterrupted availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaggo Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost documents, missed warranty periods, tax penalties or financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
13. Privacy
Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how mail access and on-device processing work.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
